PUK SPKEP SPSI PT. Vision Ease Asia telah menyepakati Kenaikan Upah Tahun 2022 untuk seluruh Pekerja. Besaran Kenaikan Upah untuk Pekerja dengan masa kerja lebih dari 1 (satu) Tahun besarannya lebih dari 6% sedangkan untuk Upah Pekerja dengan masa kerja kurang dari 1 (satu) Tahun lebih besar dari Upah Minimum Kabupaten (UMK) Bekasi tahun 2022.
Dikonfirmasi melalui pesan chat Bung Hardiansyah sebagai Ketua PUK SPKEP SPSI PT. Vision Ease Asia membenarkan bahwa Upah telah selesai disepakati dengan besaran diatas 6 % dan ditambah kenaikan Grade. Mudah-mudahan menjadi berkah dan kesejahteraan Pekerja/ Anggota PUK SPKEP SPSI PT. Vision Ease Asia semakin bertambah. “Tegasnya”.
Perjuangan Kenaikan Upah dilakukan melalui Perundingan Bipartit antara PUK SPKEP SPSI PT. Vision Ease Asia dengan Management PT. Vision Ease Asia. Perundingan dilakukan pada Tanggal 28 Desember 2021 dan langsung menghasilkan kesepakatan. Usulan PUK nilai Kenaikan adalah lebih dari 7% sementara Usulan Perusahaan mengacu kepada Rekomendasi Bupati Kabupaten Bekasi tentang UMK 2022 yaitu 5,51%.
