Rapat Konsolidasi Perjuangan PKB, PUK SP KEP SPSI PT Yasunli Group

Fokus SP KEP SPSI, PKB sebagai Landasan Kesejahteraan

Kota Bekasi, spsibekasi.org – Sabtu, 4 November 2023, dalam upaya meningkatkan hubungan industrial yang harmonis, dinamis, dan adil di PT Yasunli Abadi Utama Plastik (YAUP), PP FSP KEP SPSI mengundang seluruh Pengurus PUK SP KEP SPSI di wilayah Tangerang dan Bekasi. Undangan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari pertemuan konsolidasi pada 22 Agustus 2023, di kantor PP Federasi Serikat Pekerja Kimia, Energi dan Pertambangan (FSP KEP SPSI). Rapat Konsolidasi bertempat di Kantor FSP KEP SPSI Kab-Kota  Bekasi yang beralamat di Komplek Pemda Bekasi, Jl. Jend. A. Yani No. 1, Bekasi.

Agenda Rapat dihadiri oleh Pengurus PP FSP KEP SPSI, PC FSP KEP SPSI Kab-Kota Bekasi serta Pengurus PUK SP KEP SPSI dari 3 plant, Koordinasi fokus pada pemahaman dan persiapan menghadapi pembaharuan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB). Sesi ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan kesiapan kepada anggota PUK SP KEP SPSI menghadapi negosiasi pembaharuan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) yang sedang berproses.

Dalam pernyataannya Ketua PUK SP KEP SPSI PT YAUP Plant Batu Ceper, Suhodo, menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas keterlambatan kehadiran dan menyampaikan permasalahan dalam perundingan PKB karena berkaitan dengan disahkannya UU Cipta Kerja.

Sementara itu Ketua PUK SP KEP SPSI PT YAUP Plant Legok, M. Basri, mengungkapkan perbedaan pendapat terkait Tata Tertib dan penggunaan UU Cipta Kerja dalam perundingan PKB.

Ketua PUK SP KEP SPSI PT YAUP Plant Cibitung, Kamali, menyampaikan terima kasih atas kehadiran dan mencermati pernyataan manajemen terkait UU Cipta Kerja, sementara Harmoko menyoroti sikap manajemen dalam perundingan.

Dijelaskan juga terkait dengan jumlah keanggotaan, adalah sebagai berikut: Anggota Serikat Pekerja YAUP Plant Cibitung 858 orang, Anggota Serikat pekerja YAUP Plant Batu Ceper 350 orang dan anggota serikat pekerja YAUP Plant Legok 300 orang

Respon organisasi atas belum tuntasnya perundingan pembaharuan PKB antara lain, bahwa organisasi ini Menekankan konsentrasi pada Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) karena sebagai parameter kesejahteraan pekerja. Perjuangan PKB adalah perjuangan yang sangat penting di organisasi oleh karena itu perjuangan yang dilakukan harus terus dioptimalkan selain itu Komunikasi informal antara serikat pekerja dan manajemen harus terus berjalan karena PKB lama tetap berlaku hingga PKB baru terbentuk karena tidak mungkin ada kekosongan hukum di perusahaan. PKB mengatur syarat kerja dengan pemaknaan, PKB mengatur yang tidak diatur oleh undang-undang, PKB mengatur lebih baik dari undang-undang dan PKB mengatur lebih terperinci dari undang-undang.

Sampai dengan berita ini diturunkan Rapat Koordinasi masih berlangsung dalam sesi lanjutan menajamkan strategi perjuangan menuju PKB PT YAUP yang lebih baik.
