Agenda Rapat Koordinasi Upah Minimum dan Sukseskan Partai Buruh pada Pemilu 2024
Spsibekasi.org – Dalam suasana yang penuh kebersamaan, pada Jumat, 17 November 2023, Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) KSPSI Kab/Kota Bekasi menggelar rapat koordinasi bersama seluruh Pengurus PC SPA Kab/Kota Bekasi. Rapat ini menjadi kelanjutan dari pertemuan sebelumnya pada tanggal 8 November 2023.
Tidak hanya dihadiri oleh pengurus PC SPA dari enam federasi, namun juga turut dihadiri oleh calon legislatif dari Partai Buruh. Pengurus hadir dengan semangat untuk membahas isu-isu krusial, terutama terkait upah minimum tahun 2024 dan keberhasilan Partai Buruh dalam meraih kursi legislatif.
Dalam sambutannya, Pak R. Abdullah menegaskan bahwa rapat ini akan difokuskan pada pembahasan kenaikan upah minimum tahun 2024 serta strategi agar Partai Buruh sukses memasuki dunia legislatif. Beliau menyampaikan apabila kenaikan upah 2024 terjadi kegagalan, menandai kegagalan bersama seluruh pengurus federasi. Meskipun pada tahun 2019 berhasil memperjuangkan upah dengan nilai yang signifikan, namun nilai tersebut tidak terlalu mencolok pada periode pengupahan pada tahun 2020 hingga 2023 akibat ketidakberpihakan regulasi
Rapat koordinasi dilanjutkan dengan agenda pembahasan lanjutan terkait upah minimum dan strategi pemenangan Partai Buruh pada tahun 2024. Semua pihak berharap dapat mencapai kesepakatan yang memajukan kesejahteraan pekerja dan mengukuhkan posisi Partai Buruh di dunia legislatif.
