Pangandaran, spsibekasi.org- Pimpinan Daerah FSP KEP SPSI Provinsi Jawa Barat selenggarakan Rapat Kerja Daerah (RAKERDA) FSP KEP SPSI Jawa Barat tahun 2023 di Hotel Surya Kencana, Pangandaran Jawa Barat yang dimulai pada hari senin tanggal 10 Juli 2023 sampai dengan Selasa tanggal 11 Juli 2023.

Wujudkan Transformasi Budaya Pekerja untuk Tujuan Strategi Organisasi” menjadi semangat dan tujuan dalam agenda Rapat Kerja Daerah (RAKERDA) FSP KEP SPSI Provinsi Jawa Barat. agenda Rakerda dimulai pada pukul 13.00 WIB dengan penayangan video profil organisasi PD FSP KEP SPSI Jawa Barat dilanjutkan dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, mengheningkan cipta dan menyanyikan mars SP KEP SPSI.

PD FSP KEP SPSI adalah serikat pekerja dengan jumlah anggota terbesar di Indonesia yang harus dijaga dan dipertahankan demi keberlangsungan organisasi kedepan. selain akan dilakukan pembahasan terkait dengan materi-materi Rakerda yang telah dirancang oleh Panitia. Rakerda kali ini juga memberikan kesempatan bagi kawan-kawan serikat pekerja untuk menikmati pantai Pangandaran. Demikian sambutan Bung Agus Koswara selaku Ketua PD FSP KEP SPSI Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Badai Pandemi Covid-19 telah menghancurkan industri di Indonesia. bahan baku dan tersendatnya pengiriman menjdi salah satu contoh terhambatnya proses produksi di sebuah perusahaan akibat pandemi covid-19. Jawa Barat adalah provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki basis Industri terbesar di Indonesia oleh karenanya untuk menjaga ini perlu dibangunnya Hubungan Industrial yang Harmonis, dinamis dan berkeadilan demikian disampaikan oleh perwakilan Apindo Jawa Barat wilayah Priangan dalam sambutannya.

Dalam sambutannya BPJS Ketenagakerjaan menyampaikan bahwa saat ini BPJS bisa berjalan karena didukung penuh oleh SPSI dan beberapa program yang telah dilakukan telah banyak memberikan manfaat pada anggota SPSI dan saat ini BPJS akan mengeluarkan program baru yaitu Peminjaman secara on line yang mudah-mudahan juga dapat bermanfaat bagi pekerja.

Persoalan dan permasalahan perburuhan semakin berat kedepan diperlukan kebulatan tekad dari seluruh elemen organisasi untuk menyelesaikannya dan perjuangan yang saat ini masih berproses salah satunya adalah gugatan JR terhadap UU No. 6 tahun 2023 tentang penetapan Perppu Cipta Kerja. Disampaikan juga bahwa ikhtiar dan semangat berpolitik kaum buruh saat ini untuk masuk ke parlemen semoga dimudahkan oleh Allah SWT pada tahun politik ini dan dengan diadakannya Rakerda tahun ini di Pangandaran dapat meningkatkan geliat ekonomi di daerah Pangandaran. Serikat pekerja dilindungi oleh konstitusi oleh karena itu pengusaha harus memberikan kesempatan bagi anggotanya untuk menjalankan kegiatan serikat pekerja sesuai dengan perjanjian yang telah disepakati bersama. Dalam kesempatan ini perwakilan Bupati Pangandaran menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada SPSI atas diselenggarakannya Rakerda ini di Pangandaran

Pimpinan Pusat yang diwakili oleh bung Fery Nuzarli menyampaikan bahwa serikat pekerja yang kuat adalah SP yang telah melakukan 6 agenda penguatan organiasasi secara optimal dan juga penyampaian ucapan selamat datang dan apresiai atas kehadiran tamu undangan di acara Rakerda FSP KEP SPSI Jawa Barat tahun 2023 di Pangandaran.

Perkenalan dan sosialisasi Divis Pekerja Muda FSP KEP SPSI menjadi agenda lanjutan setelah cofee break, kehadiran divisi pekerja muda bertujuan untuk mengubah citra serikat pekerja menjadi baik di mata masyarakat dan menciptakan generasi kepemimpinan di serikat pekerja, memupuk persahabatan, mengidentifikasi persoalan ketenagakerjaan bagi pekerja muda.

Dalam kesempatan selanjutnya bung Fery Nuzarli juga memohon support dan dukungan kepada seluruh peserta Rakerda untuk bersama memenangkan partai Buruh pada Pemilu tanggal 14 Februari 2024, bukan tanpa dasar apa yang telah disampaikan oleh perwakilan Pimpinan Pusat tersebut bahwa dalam AD/ART SP KEP SPSI juga telah mengatur tentang dukungan terhadap partai politik. Pernyataan tersebut menuai aplus dan tepuk tangan meriah dari peserta Rakerda.

Sampai dengan berita ini diturunkan Rakerda FSP KEP SPSI Jawa Barat masih berlangsung sampai dengan esok hari tanggal 11 Juli 2023 dan agenda lanjutan akan membahas terkait Laporan Kinerja PD FSP KEP SPSI Jabar serta pembahasan dan penyempurnaan program kerja, keputusan organisasi dan rekomendasi.
