Rapat Pimpinan Nasional 2023 SP KEP SPSI, Mantapkan Visi untuk Masa Depan Pekerja
RAPIMNAS 2023 SP KEP SPSI
Jakarta, spsibekasi.org – Rapat Pimpinan Nasional (RAPIMNAS) tahun 2023 Serikat Pekerja Kimia Energi Pekerja (SP KEP SPSI) menggelar perhelatan besar pada tanggal 12 hingga 14 September 2023 di Hotel Grand Tjokro Jl. Raya Daan Mogot No. 63, RT 5/RW 1, Tj. Duren Utara, Kec. Grogol petamburan, Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Acara ini dihadiri oleh kurang lebih dari 150 peserta yang terdiri dari seluruh Pengurus Pimpinan Pusat, utusan Pimpinan Daerah, serta utusan dari Pimpinan Cabang FSP KEP SPSI di seluruh penjuru Indonesia.
RAPIMNAS ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan keputusan-keputusan organisasi yang strategis dan berdampak luas, serta untuk mengkonsolidasikan visi dan misi SP KEP SPSI dalam menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks di dunia ketenagakerjaan.
Acara ini dimulai pada pukul 14.45 WIB dengan menyanyikan bersama lagu kebangsaan Indonesia Raya, diikuti Mengheningkan Cipta, Pembacaan Panca Prasetya SP KEP SPSI, dan Mars SP KEP SPSI. Dalam sambutannya, Bapak R. Abdullah, selaku Ketua Umum SP KEP SPSI, menggarisbawahi bahwa serikat pekerja saat ini dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan berat, seperti perubahan pola hubungan kerja dari yang dulu cenderung long live employment (hubungan kerja dalam jangka waktu panjang) dan saat ini kita tidak asing dengan pekerja harian lepas, magang, atau outsourcing.
Perubahan di dunia ketenagakerjaan adalah sebuah keniscayaan, dan oleh karena itu, SP KEP SPSI harus beradaptasi dan mampu membangun hubungan industrial yang lebih harmonis, berkeadilan, dan berkelanjutan. Bapak Abdullah juga menyoroti enam agenda penguatan organisasi yang perlu dijalankan.
Mewakili Kamar Dagang dan Industri (KADIN) DKI Jakarta, Bapak Subhan Gatot mengapresiasi upaya SP KEP SPSI dalam memperkuat organisasi, khususnya melalui penguatan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Penguatan SDM dianggap sebagai kunci keberhasilan dalam membangun hubungan industrial yang dinamis dan berkeadilan.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Bapak Purnomo, yang mewakili Penjabat (PJ) Gubernur DKI Jakarta, menyampaikan apresiasi atas terselenggaranya RAPIMNAS ini. PJ Gubernur juga menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidakhadirannya dalam acara tersebut.
Bapak Firdaus Rochimah, perwakilan dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia, menekankan pentingnya peran SP KEP SPSI sebagai mitra strategis pemerintah dalam mencari solusi atas berbagai persoalan ketenagakerjaan yang ada. SP KEP SPSI dianggap memiliki tanggung jawab yang lebih luas, yaitu kepentingan bangsa dan negara sambutan dari kementerian ketenagakerjaan sekaligus membuka secara resmi RAPIMNAS 2023 SP KEP SPSI.
RAPIMNAS 2023 SP KEP SPSI menjadi panggung penting dalam merumuskan langkah-langkah strategis yang akan diambil organisasi ini dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Keberhasilan dalam membangun hubungan industrial yang lebih baik dan berkeadilan diharapkan akan membawa dampak positif bagi dunia ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia.
